Personnel Administration Expert

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Manage the attendance system and process and support the department in all the activities regarding the personnel administration

 

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE 

  • Manage the process of detection and management of attendance correcting anomalies through the attendance management system in use;
  • It interfaces with employees at all levels to provide both preventive and final support regarding the use of the system and the legislation to be applied;
  • Update attendance management software making sure that it complies with current regulations and the requirements of the payroll system;
  • Manages and prepares letters relating to personnel of an administrative nature;
  • Supports the HR team for the preparation and correct maintenance of internal procedures relating to personnel administration as well as interfacing with the Compliance and Privacy team for the correct maintenance of the data processing register according to the GDPR;
  • Interfaces with the administration and purchases for the correct management of the renewal of contracts for external suppliers and will support the team in preparing the reference budget;
  • Production of reports on data relating to the company population (personnel trends, hiring, terminations, smart working);
  • Hiring and termination process management (communication with authorities, preparation of documentation, updating of personal administration and reporting software);
  • Digital archiving

 

EDUCATION 
-    University Degree: Business Administration, Economics 

 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS
•    Approximately 4 years of experience in the role;
•    Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Package: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and attendance management;
•    Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
•    Preparation and interest in administrative / legislative issues;
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to learn, analytical skills, precision, flexibility, problem solving, listening skills and stress management
