Medical Sales Representative - North Area

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Promote Dompé portfolio and services in Albania, through the means and materials provided by the Company, by providing information and opportunities for continuing education to HCPs with the aim to enable optimized patient outcomes, according to the Company guidelines, values and ethical standards and law.
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Promotes Dompé portfolio and services by providing the latest authorized data, key messages and disease information to the right HCP at the right time to support his/her decision making and optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.
- Leverages all available data sources to create, prioritize and adapt relevant territory and HCP engagement plans and draw upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth within the assigned geographical area.
- Maintains deep and current knowledge of industry, monitor and communicate competition activity to reflect market dynamics and potential counteracts. Constantly update the LM with respect to ongoing initiatives and identify appropriate actions to achieve the objectives assigned.
- Ensure the effective coverage of the assigned territory through a timely planning of visits to HCPs on monthly and weekly basis, in line with the business strategies, LM instructions and approval and in full compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct. Ensure a constant flow of information, through the preparation of reports on daily activities.
- Ensure the management and maintenance of relationships with local opinion leaders through their involvement in initiatives / projects, with the support of the LM
- Organize regular scientific update for HCP groups in alignment with defined strategies.
- Deliver marketing materials to relevant target groups and implement merchandising activities in pharmacy.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events/ special cases scenarios related to Dompé products, to the Drug Safety Department, according to the indications received during PV training.
- Performe other duties and responsibilities delegated by LM in accordance with the requirements and responsabilities of the role.
EDUCATION:
University degree - minimum bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, natural sciences, or relevant field.
FURTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a medical sales representative.
- Thorough understanding of Albanian pharmaceutical market
- Ability to work independently, communicating and implementing Company’s brands and corporate image
- Negotiation and collaboration skills

- Time - management
- Knowledge of English [ Italian is a plus] – written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Driving license: minimum 2 years with a clean record
