PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Contributes to the achievement of Management objectives:

  • Propose the medium-term strategy and the annual digital plan relating to the defined objectives
  • Implementing digital marketing plans consistent with company guidelines and business priorities, in compliance with ethical standards, professional ethics and regulations.
  • Coordinating the activities of the cross functional team dedicated to digital

 

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Devise and propose the digital communication strategy of the Primary Care BU products working with Marketing and Trade Marketing
  • Manage all activities aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of the digital channel
  • Manage the social properties and websites of the Primary Care Brands
  • Plan, develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage content: editorial plans and communication campaigns
  • Identify and monitor the digital campaign KPIs, analyze their data and measure the performance of the different digital channels by monitoring performance and ROI
  • Manage and supervise the cross functional team dedicated to digital, guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the defined objectives
  • Proactively interact with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions
  • Know the legal, deontological and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and act in accordance with them.

 

EDUCATION
Degree in science/economic

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications
  • Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis
  • Interest in following the new trends of e-commerce, technology and digital marketing in general
  • In-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance
  • Strong analytical and monitoring capabilities of social platforms
  • Availability to travel across Europe according to Business priorities and objectives agreed with line manager
