Short Role Description / Purpose:
Support the strategic decisions of the BU Primary & Specialty Care, through internal and external data analysis.
Long Description:
- Monitor the performance of key clients, ensure the stability of the P&L, and support the sales team in client interactions.
- Ensure the alignment and consistency of databases by effectively managing, updating, and maintaining data sources. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely integration of data into the BU’s reporting systems to support decision-making processes and ensure the availability of reliable information for business operations.
- Ensure the forecasting process is generated by top clients, reviewed, and validated, analyzing market data (Sell In/Out and Sales) to support business decisions.
- Align and maintain consistency across databases, managing and integrating data sources to ensure reliable reporting for business operations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of market, sales, and stock data to shape commercial strategies for critical products and anticipate market challenges.
- Support Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Managers with market performance insights, research, and territory analysis.
- Reconcile Customer data with internal Sales and Sell Out analyses to validate data accuracy and coherence.
- Provide transversal support to the BU across the geography: Italy, Albania and Kosovo.
- Ensure the alignment and consistency of databases by effectively managing, updating, and maintaining data sources. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely integration of data into the BU’s reporting systems to support decision-making processes and ensure the availability of reliable information for business operations.
- Interact with other Departments, to ensure the rapid and correct implementation of procedures and the respect of flows, timing in communication and problem solving.
- Be aware and act always in compliance with the applicable laws, Codes of Ethics and Dompé Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedure.
Education:
● University: Economics or Statistics Degree
Further Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Intermediate in Italian
- Analytical and monitoring skills
- Available to travel
- Excellent Knowledge of basic IT applications, in particular Excel
