Commercial Excellence & Planning Expert

Short Role Description / Purpose:
Support the strategic decisions of the BU Primary & Specialty Care, through internal and external data analysis.

Long Description:

• Ensure that the forecasting process is generated, reviewed and validated (Market data Sell In/Out and Sales)
• Ensure the alignment and consistency of databases by effectively managing, updating, and maintaining data sources. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely integration of data into the BU’s reporting systems to support decision-making processes and ensure the availability of reliable information for business operations.
• Ensure alignment with portfolio priorities and advise teams on internal governance processes by managing all flows related to clustering of products;
• Support the Innovation & New Product Development process with market data analysis, needs and opportunity.
• Support in the deep dive analysis relating Market Data, Sales and Stock data in order to define commercial strategy for critical products.
• Support the Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing Managers in the analysis of the reference market data, the performance of the territory and the market research for the Italian territory.
• Conduct what if scenarios analysis in order to get critical and strategic insights preventing future market issues.
• Reconcile SO and Sales analysis with customers’ data in order to validate the coherence among different sources.
• Be aware and act always in compliance with the applicable laws, Codes of Ethics and Dompé Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedure.
• Interact with other Departments, to ensure the rapid and correct implementation of procedures and the respect of flows, timing in communication and problem solving.

Education:
University: Economics or Statistics Degree

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS
-    Fluency in English / Intermediate in Italian
-    Analytical and monitoring skills
-    Available to travel 
-    Excellent Knowledge of basic IT applications, in particular Excel

-    OTC and RX dynamics
-    Knowledge of Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel

-    Knowledge of different data sources in Pharmaceutical Market
