Short Role Description / Purpose:
Ensure the correct and timely connection with the requests of Field Force and ensure compliance with procedures.
Long Description:
- Guarantees the correct and timely response to requests from the Field Force;
- Manages correspondence in general, ensuring punctuality, paying particular attention to response times;
- Organize the company filing system and manage the part of its competence, ensuring the retrieval of every document / communication;
- Managing of the process of issuing Purchase Requests;
- Assists the Management in continuously monitoring the trend of budget, taking care to promptly report any deviations;
- Organize the trips of the Heads of Management and the Field Force, interfacing with the relevant Agency;
- Attends internal meetings where necessary and manages the related back-office activities;
- Ensures compliance with the law and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01 and the codes of conduct within its area of competence;
- Ensures compliance with legal obligations and procedures relating to workplace safety and hygiene as well as environmental protection within its area of competence
Education:
- University Degree: Bachelor's or specialist degree;
Technical Expertise:
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
- 2/3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Proven ability to use PC and applications including Google environment and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
