PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Lead the Medical Representatives' team to promote Dompé portfolio and services, to execute strategies and plan in the assigned area, to drive perfomance and proper resource utilization, in compliance with  the Company guidelines, values and ethical standards and law.

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE 

  • Manage the overall running of the Medical Representatives team in the assigned territory including professional and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching and counselling through regular field visits and management of recruitment process, performance review, development and retention
  • Ensure the achievement of business objectives. 
  • Applies product strategies to develop and implement business plans for the assigned area.
  • Ensure that the team is constantly aligned with company guidelines in terms of objectives, values, skills, and behaviors;
  • Defines, implement and monitor operational activities with optimal resource and tools utilization (coverage, targeting, frequency of visits, use of materials).
  • Apply a constant analysis of market data for the area of expertise to support the definition and review of business plans.

 

EDUCATION 
University degree – minimum bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, marketing, business administration, sales or relevant field;

 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum three years of working experience as a merchandiser or sales representative in pharmaceutical company or other international companies;
  • Thorough understanding of Albanian market;
  • Ability to work independently in a highly competitive environment and to communicate and implement Company's brands and corporate image;
  • Sales and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken);
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • Driving license: minimum 2 years with a clean record.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Knowledge of basic IT application and excellent knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Information Management system;
