Job Summary:
The HR Systems & Programs Manager is responsible for the management, optimization and governance of HR technology platforms and key HR programs. This is an integral role in ensuring HR data integrity. This role partners closely with IT, finance and business leaders to ensure HR systems, data and programs effectively support organization goals, employee experience and operations excellence.
Essential Functions:
HR Systems Management & Reporting
• Maintain and manage system data for all US employees between all US HR systems to ensure accuracy.
• Support system implementations, updates, integrations and vendor relationships.
• Distribute dashboard, reports and metrics for HR leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Provide insights on workforce trends and program outcomes
• Support audits, compliance reporting and leadership presentations
HR Program Management
• Document and support HR programs such as talent management, end of year and employee engagement initiatives
• First level benefits support for employees
• HR vendor management
• Management of immigration, relocation, Parental Leave, rewards & recognition and contractor programs
Compliance Administration
• Management of unemployment administration
• Support and execution of US federal reporting (EEO, 5500’s, etc.)
• Oversight of LOA administrator
• Workers Compensation Administrator
• Ownership of employee records
Experience and Education:
• Must have 6+ years experience in HR systems, HR operations or HR program management
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, specifically ADP and SuccessFactors
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
Preferred but not required experience, knowledge, and skills:
• Experience leading program or system integrations
• HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)

$125,000 - $150,000 per year
At Dompe, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members. Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), incentive bonus, and benefits package customary to the position. Actual individual pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
