Director, Global Biotech Controlling



MAJOR DUTIES OF THE POSITION 

• Managing the Local Controlling and Accounting team

• Providing recommendations to the Global Head of controlling and CFO

• Managing the processes for financial Forecasting and Budgets

• Advising on long-term business and financial planning, establishing all the key assumptions

• Reviewing all formal finance, accounting, and procurement related procedures

• Providing business insights and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting

YOU COULD BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: 

• Master’s Degree in International Finance; 48 months of experience in Biotech

• 4 years of experience within Biotech industry

• 2-3 years of relevant in practice or research experience 

Location: San Mateo, CA

Base Salary: $270,000 - $273,000 a year 

At Dompe, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members. Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), incentive bonus, and benefits package customary to the position. Actual individual pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
