Pharmacy Sales Representative

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Ensure an effective management of the assigned territory of customers (pharmacies, para pharmacy), to generate revenue according to the business objectives set by the Company.

 

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Create, develop, and maintain business relationships with actual and new customers (pharmacies, para pharmacies ) in the assigned territory to generate sales to meet business objectives.
  • Promote, through the means and materials provided by the Company, the products information to ensure the best use of them.
  • Collect orders from customers (pharmacies, para pharmacies) and track the delivery to completion.
  • Share with the Line Manager the priorities of their actions on the territory in line with the objectives of quality and outcome on the corporate defined.
  • Ensure the effective defense of the assigned territory through a timely planning monthly and the weekly visits, in line with the business strategies and in full compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Ensure a constant flow of information with the company, through the preparation of reports on its activities.
  • Ensure effective management of the area of competence through; a detailed segmentation and targeting of pharmacies in portfolio; constant analysis and continuous updating of data and the register of pharmacies; effective planning and stocktaking of activities weekly / daily
  • Ensure the development and constantly monitoring the sales in the assigned point of sales by the proper application of the commercial levers defined (discounts / payment extensions etc) and the appropriate use of promotional materials and merchandising made available.
  • Ensure the correct and timely formalization of contractual relationships with pharmacies through order collection and compilation and management and sending copies of the order into CRM system.
  • Ensure proper communication activities on products at the pharmacist and his collaborators, in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure the correct perception of the corporate market.
  • Forward to the Drug Safety Department all the safety information that they become aware of, according to the indications received during PV training.
     

EDUCATION 
University degree – minimum bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, sales, or relevant field.

 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum one year of working experience as sales representative in pharmaceutical company or other international companies.
  • Thorough understanding of Albanian market.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly competitive environment and to communicate and implement Company's brands and corporate image.
  • Sales and negotiation skills and high concern for quality.
  • Fluency in English and Italian – written and spoken.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Driving license: minimum 2 years with a clean record.
