ROLE: Go to Market Effectiveness Manager

 

Short Role Description / Purpose:
The Go to Market Effectiveness Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and
optimization of sales canvass activities. This key role works with the Sales team, Marketing,
Trade Marketing and other departments to ensure that scheduled commercial campaigns are
align with business objectives, maximize sales opportunities and enhance profitability.

 

Long Description:


● Develop and manage the annual canvass plan in collaboration with sales, trade
marketing, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with company strategies and
incorporating quantitative analysis of market trends and customer demands.
● Coordinate the execution of the canvass, ensuring that the sales team is fully equipped
and informed with data-driven insights to implement campaigns effectively.
● Continuously monitor the performance of sales campaigns, gathering sales data and
feedback from operational teams.
● Analyze sales results during the canvass period and make quick adjustments to improve
performance.
● Provide ongoing support to the sales team through training, clear communication of
goals, and provision of tools and materials for campaigns. Guide the Sales Team to
achieve sales target and maximize commercial opportunities
● Prepare detailed reports on sales performance related to canvass activities, analyzing
key KPIs (sales, margins, market share, etc.).
● Projecting management of specific initiatives and ad-hoc analysis on Canvass and Sales
Force activity to ensure effectiveness of company investments and efforts.
● Ensures compliance with the law and regulations in compliance with the provisions of
the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01 and
the codes of conduct within its area of responsibility.

 

Education:
● Degree in economics or related degree.

 

Technical Expertise:
● Excellent knowledge of English;
● Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google
Workspace, MS Office);
● Care and management of the Company Brand;
● Reference pharmaceutical market, current trends, products, and competitors
● Data analysis and management;
● Planning Commercial and pricing policies;
